Since the day our firm was established in the year 1989 we have been manufacturing with the CNC machines for the automotive and machine supply industries.
With the help of a measurement and evaluation system software; process control and efficiency operations are managed
automatically. Faultless manufacture is aimed for with the tool life management systems and waste fitting
checks.
Akmetal Otomativ, located at Bursa-Nilüfer Organized Industrial Zone, has been manufacturing all day and every day with 3-shifts for their pioneering customers such as
Maysan Mando, Ortadoğu Rulman Sanayii; with trained and experienced personnel led by our
founder and manager Mr. Mustafa MUTLU, and his knowledge of 45 years in the industry.
Our firm, which has ISO 9001 quality management system certification, is also being
audited regularly since 2005 by Bureau Veritas. Automatization is applied during the
manufacturing, indirect material management
and transportation processes and robotics is used for manufacture.
We are registered with ISO 9001 quality standards since 2005.
